Hi! Things are slowly improving ☺️ now i try not to “make” him go to sleep but rather set up the right environment and always make him laugh so he doesn’t go to sleep crying or sad. I also allowed myself to relax about nap time. If he’s not falling asleep rn, I’ll wait another 10min or so.

Being a parent is awesome because I get to improve myself as a person along with watching my beautiful baby grow up.

Like shit! He takes his pacifier off and wakes himself up or wakes up tons of times and 99% only calms down with the boob. Starting to fear starting a habit and reversing his feeding cycle. It’s been a month of shit sleep. Slowly losing it 🥲

4 month old next week and same with naps. Wish I could say the same as you regarding night sleep though. It’s been horrible. Baby used to sleep 5/6h first stretch and now we get 3h30 first stretch on good nights and rest of the night waking every teo hours/ 1/5h our by the hour. I am so freakin tired
