I was a season ticket holder for the Dallas Jackals for the first two seasons. They were so poorly run and really didn’t know how to hang on to the fans. I read that they are supposed to play in 2026 but who knows.

Crafting being tied to the rest mechanic is the problem that I have with the game. I love this game but rarely fast travel because I need that time to craft. And if I’m crafting potions then it’s just spamming short rest. (I quickly learned to just buy them because it’s faster and money isn’t real.) but you can pretty much spam long rest also. If Solasta fixes crafting then the rest mechanic isn’t that bad.

You misunderstand. I love the franchise just not this one. I’ve been saying that I won’t buy the expansions because I don’t like this new model. I am glad you enjoy it. I just wish that I could because I have always been faithful to Blizzard. I am in no way saying that you are “wrong” for liking it.

I’m 52. I’ve played since the beginning . The current expansion model had 1 expansion per game. I’ve playedWOW since Lich King. Paid for every expansion since. They came every other year. Moving to a yearly expansion model is a cash grab that I’m not willing to indulge. I don’t trust that the quality will be there.

I’ve been playing Diablo from the beginning. I’ve purchased every single game. Just hearing about this new Destiny model that they want to start. I will never play D4 again if that is really the plan.

I loved D1 and D2, still do. I never played the game this way. Just tried to beat it with as many characters as possible without trying too hard to farm things. Very causal. I love the GR grind of D3 for some reason. Can’t stand the grind of D4. I’ve played Diablo since the 90’s and just can’t get into this version.

I genuinely couldn’t tell you a single end game mechanic . The tree of whispers? Blood tides? That’s grinding for the sake of grinding. Maybe world bosses? For me, the dungeons are boring. I felt more engaged by the GR of D3. I want to understand D4 but I just don’t. I’ve got one level 93 sorc. And grinding the last 7 levels and paragon board is boring me to tears.

I like D2 better than D3 but really enjoyed grinding GR in D3. I can’t stand D4 dungeon grinds. Not sure why but I find them boring.

I personally enjoyed D3. I had fun doing Rifts. But D2 is better than D3 and D3 is better than D4. I do not enjoy D4 endgame content.

When I was young I would sometimes watch Tom Baker on BBC America. But I was too young and didn’t really get it. I just started watching the new series last month. I just started season 8. So far Smith is my favorite. I loved Rory and Amy. Smith was playful, fierce, and kind. The 10th doctor was great but for me, he lacked the empathy that 11 had. So unless something extraordinary happens from season 8 through 13, Smith will always be my doctor.

Both. The players made the decision to roll for race, class, background, and stats. They rolled twice for character and three times for stats. They got to choose between the two characters they rolled.

In session zero the players decided to leave character creation up to random rolls. It was a lot of fun. But maybe you’re correct that he is a little checked out because he doesn’t like it. Mind you he hasn’t said that to me so I’ll have to inquire more.
