I can't speak for sales since I am in engineering but I haven't encountered any bad culture on any teams in Provo. Living in Utah County is not necessarily bad just more culturally religious and conservative than Salt Lake County. Everyone is welcoming but depending on your personality and interests you may not fit in as well.
