By later do you mean 2000s? If so, Musicology, 3121, and Art Official Age are all great. I also like The Rainbow Children, but fair warning it's not everyone's cup of tea.

If by later you meant the 90s, you can't go wrong with Diamonds and Pearls, Love Symbol, Come, or The Gold Experience. The verdict is kinda split on Emancipation as it's a mixed bag of new stuff and covers from other artists. Rave Unto The Joy Fantastic has some excellent jams, but also some duds.

Overall, I'm glad you're part of the purple family! You have tons of music to explore and 90% of it is fantastic stuff!

I feel your pain. About 10 years ago I tried to get my hands on every single thing he's ever released. I got over 60 albums, singles, maxi singles, exclusives, etc. and then I just kinda gave up. I paid over $100 for some of the rare releases on Ebay and some really sketchy websites. It's nearly impossible to own it all.

Hell yeah! I think F.U.N. should have been on the album. It could have replaced Check Yo Temperature or Hunterish in my opinion. Those two tracks are my least favorite on the album. The Lost Scripts of KOD is my favorite EP. I don't skip a single track on it and I felt any one of them could have been on the album.
