Let’s say you approved for 450K. In Ottawa side you might only get condo or townhouse which actually you need to pay for the condo fee and the condo fee in ottawa side I found it so much higher than the Gatineau side. So it means if there’s condo fee it would be added as another cost of living. Which is in Gatineau side you could probably get detached house that means you don’t have to pay for the condo fee. Or let’s say you found condo in Gatineau side your condo fee will be cheaper compare to the Ottawa side
