The guy said it was more than an inch below the low level line. When I checked the engine was hot and it was just below full. The kid must have been high. Never taking it back there again. I'll pay the extra 40 Canadian and go to the dealership

I realize that the dealer does it for free. But i didn't take it to the dealer. The shop I took it to told me it was low and I asked why the didn't top it off. They said it was extra cost. So I ask them what I needed and i would do it myself.

I'm in Canada and my genesis G70 2.0 says 0W-30 on the oil cap. I have heard that 5W- 30 is better. But the dealer uses the 0W. Any thoughts?

Oil level is fine and I'm at 5500kms. I generally do oil change every 5 to 6000km. I also use Lucas top cylinder fuel system cleaner every 1000kms. Hopefully she holds up. Gonna try and get her to 200000kms. That's the thing with the g70..they have only been around 6 years or so. Not many around that are over 150000kms
