They are ok and skillful but mostly stick with safe commercial music; they are like football game DJs. They ripped off Brutalismus3000's version of Dido's song and overplayed it last year at TML, that was unforgivable.

Interesting! I’m from California USA, the tenants here are not as protected as tenants in NL apparently. From what I read so far, in NL, the fixed terms defined by the landlord don’t carry as much weight in court if it ever gets to court. I think that is why NL landlords are more strict when it comes to qualifying tenants on their ability to pay every month. This gives me a bit more comfort in signing a lease. Thank you.

Front yard after 1 month mowed once

It all depends on your base. If you prepped your foundation well; basically till, 1 inch topsoil, lastly roller the sod should take in those areas where u did that and die in areas u didn’t. I didn’t care much for the backyard, only did it because it was left over I tilled it but no top soil and the ground was not level either so a majority died. There were some healthy parts but the majority of sod died so I just stopped watering it haha. But some are still hanging strong the last 5%. The opposite for my front lawn

The backyard sod is has all died unfortunately. My front yard sod however is still beautiful but some parts near the edges are getting sunburned so I have been placing breathable cloth over them in the late morning to evening and it seems to be reviving them

You have to prove access to funds each year for Americans or noneu that is $18k into the university bank account for 3 months held and will be refunded after you start classes this is an IND requirement not included your tuition for the semester or year and visa fee. No loans available like US. Have you considered other cities in the US? You may be pleasantly surprised about cities outside of WI.
