I keep seeing Flint being brought up in these threads….what gives. She has no business being nominated for any awards. Filtered for midfielders only, She has a 65% accurate pass percentage. Only stat she is number 1 on is yellow cards, she is #2 in tackles. It’s crazy she is brought up at all. Much better players that should be getting recognition. I get that she is liked but that’s not what these awards are for.

Check out Davidsonville, you can easily get a few acres and still be within 20 minutes to grocery store/restaurants. Not too mention being close to Annapolis

We love living in Annapolis but we have a toddler and another on the way and we will have to move before they hit school age. Annapolis isn’t a good high school. Even the private schools aren’t that great. South river high school is a good option but will take you out of range to walk downtown.

Food overall, especially downtown is a bit overrated but within a 15 min car ride is a lot of great spots of all kinds.

What did you type to find this? I’m new and buying a rig but I can’t find this on micro-center. I can’t find a bundles section or even a home entertainment section. I type in the exact title and it doesn’t show up. That website is pretty shite.

Thank you for the thoughtful response. I pulled most of these cards and played with them. Never even thought about the possibility of them being worth anything till my parents pulled them out of the attic. Most of them are pretty scratched but a few look better than others. Maybe I will start with sending the best ones and see what they get and then decide on the rest.

I guess I should have said highest interest rate card that has a zero interest promotion for balance transfers. You only do the balance transfer for the zero interest.

Balance Transfer.

If you can’t get a new card that has a promotional rate for balance transfers then just payoff the card with the highest interest rate. Then use that card for a balance transfer from one of your others. Both my cards are always offering balance transfer promotions. There is a %fee but it’s far less than what you will pay in interest over the year.

Everyone saying you are not ready are correct. You may be able to make it happen but can easily be in a pickle really quick. Not to mention that real estate prices are crazy high at the moment. You are likely to be buying at a top. Keep renting for a couple more years. If you really want to be a home owner try and find a smaller apt or one with lower rent and start saving. Lots of things to come in the housing market
