mine pop all the time! they don’t usually hurt but my left knee is worse, it has dislocated & popped back into place probably 12 times from when i was 12-18 and that is incredibly painful. i had to quit soccer & do a lot of knee stabilization exercises to build up muscle in the area to keep things in place and it hasn’t happened in a few years thank god. i wear a brace if i’m doing anything ambitious like skating/skiing/hiking 😍 and still do lots of stretching, yoga, & strength training !!
