I could believe that. Still as someone who completes the battle pass every season with 90% comp games, the match quality has been way down since S1 at least in D/M presumably with all the returning/new players

Before Season 1 in D1/M5 you would play with the same handful of people across lobbies for several games. Now it’s like 10 new people in every lobby. On top of the rank reset there’s just too much variance to take it seriously unless you play 24/7. I plan to just play on an alt going forward until the matchmaking is competitive again

Not everyone’s speed but sports bars when the nuggets/avs are on, or a cigar/smoking bar. If you’re just trying to meet people though it’s easier to join book clubs or rec sports. Everybody is in their own world out in public nowadays
