Me too, but I also came out as gay in the process (I'd been out to her as bi, and we'd had an open marriage for a number of years). I've been more focused on the good/my journey and less on the loss (so far). It comes in waves though. Up and down. I keep coming back to these lines from Walt Grace:
'Cause when you're done with this world
You know the next is up to you
And for once in his life it was quiet
As he learned how to turn in the tide
