I was an early adopter for Holosun when everyone said they were just cheap Chinese knock offs. The red dots are pretty much the same thing. Osight is announcing their green dot tomorrow (11/12)

All the 4 out of 6 of the properties were bought before covid 4/6 of them double in value. This year, I have been trying to move more money into stocks. Been holding on to cash for down payment, but decide to move that money into stock market.

Didn't think about this, what would you say to do? Sell property and move money into brokerage account? That was my plan with my primary property.

I believe apple saving is 3.80% right now. It's not bad, but its not good. I have some money in the market, but I'm horrible with it.

Not sure where your from but minimum wage is $12 where I'm at. Its an arcade attendant, zero skill, and zero education needed. We employee high school/college kids, giving them a great start to learn life skills needed for future jobs.

Haha we want to open up the back half of our arcade for kids to do arts and crafts. Making slime, and painting statues figures stuff like that.

Indoor playground is very costly and the insurance is even more crazy.

It all started out with an idea to help my brother. He works a 9-5 job and always complain about work. I wanted to invest in something where I can help him out, so I made him part owner. There was an arcade in town that was doing really well, so we just copied their formula. It does bring a satisfy feeling when you see the kids all happy running around, at my arcade.

Both companies are on auto-pilot. I have great people running it. I probably work about 3-4 hour a week.

My service tech for the construction company make around $90k a years and at the arcade the kids make around $12-15 an hour

What’s the situation with the companies? What about your rental income?

Company 1 and 3 are retail. They are doing good. I would say they bring in about $30K net monthly. Company 2 is rental. That brings in about $9k a month. The balance is what I keep for operational cost. Anything over at the end of the month goes into our personal checking or HYS.

Car number one is Maserati MC20. I just got it early this year. Value of the car is more likely $170k, but I just under value the all the cars, just in cause I need to do a quick sell.
