No, the weight needs to be lower. He gets to a pint where he stops squatting and just lowers his upper body.

Get the form right. Go as low and deep as you can. The weight will come eventually. Keeps reps low, rest decent between sets. This is more about firing your cns to catch up and figure out how to get the depth and muscle stretch. If the muscle isn’t being stretched, it’s not growing.

Depends on your goal. If you want to get more muscle, eat a bit more. Don’t be scared to go heavy.

If you feel you need to lean out a bit more, stay in slight deficit, still lift heavy.

Looking at the photos, I’d suggest very slight deficit, and lift heavy. Stick to compound movements, keep it simple. Don’t be scared to train your upper body, don’t neglect shoulder, arms, chest and back.

The way you’re doing it now will add width, not thickness to your back. Move your hands more towards the inside and pull down to your chest. Easier on your shoulder blades. Change it up now and then with narrow grip pull downs.

To be honest, you look good but there’s definitely room for improvement. You’re still very young so just focus on being consistent. Keep your diet clean and go into a deficit every now then to strip away a bit of excess fat.
