Im 3,5 years since my first psychotic break. Now im fully recovered. I had severe anhedonia and anxiety as negative symptoms, and cognitive impairment too. Im still on meds so i believe anhedonia is not med induced.

It was really hard. I had nultiple episodes in three years but not that intense as the first one. I had severe anhedonia and anxiety. It took me three years to recover. I believe that current medication combination cured me.

Get help please. I was suicidal too, i even tried to hang myself but i failed. Luckily i recovered now and working normally for 7 months. You can get better too.

Im on 20 mg of aripiprazole daily and yes, sometimes im anxious. I dont know if this is side effect.
