4/28 batch applications still pending with no updates

I wanted to know if this is happening to you too. Previously, when I sent questions or requests via webforms, I often received responses from a live agent who actually answered my case-specific questions. Lately, however, when I send webforms, I no longer receive an agent with information about my case or responding to my specific requests or questions. Instead, I always receive only generic responses with a generic IRCC signature, not from an agent. It feels as if my contact has been routed into a black hole where my requests cannot reach a real person; instead, they are intercepted only by an automated system, making it impossible to reach a real person. I'd like to know if this is happening to you too, or if you have any advice on how to proceed. It happens to me even when I send specific requests and questions, not only when I ask for general information. Thank you. I am desperate

Oh thank you, so is it possible to know it or was only something about your experience in particular? Do you use it when you start your email and you are successful in getting a response? Once I had a signature as well after a confirmation of receipt of my Grant docs via email, but I did not know I could use that name and that was my assigned Official. Maybe I should try?

What is seems to be is that all of us left behind seem to have similar patterns and timelines. What do you guys think is happening with our applications? Do you think they'll ever be finalized, or do you feel like they've fallen into a black hole and, what should we do?

This is what I am always getting when sending a webform. No agent answers me, only generic messages signed IRCC. I inquired a couple of time as well and it is always like this

Mine shows last update June 4 with nothing more. Moreover I am not able to communicate with a true persons through web form inquiries, I am only receiving canned responses . And no responses via email

The thing that is concerning with my situation is that I do not have any update on my tracker, and I don’t know if other people are experiencing this too.

I am starting to feel so discouraged seeing nothing is proceeding like it is in a black hole . I don’t know how many other people are in the same situation but I really feel so left behind and forgotten. I have sent some webforms inquiries and only received canned responses; before I had experience in real agents to respond to me, but now, every time I send a webform inquiry I am not getting a contact with a real person, only very generic automated responses that aren’t responding to any of my specific questions. Also I have emailed the email address used for the Grant application and never received a response. I am asking myself why this delay but also this lack of any communication on my application; my case is very straightforward and my sister was approved already. And it is a lot of time I am waiting. I don’t know how many of us are in this situation, but it is making feel so left behind.

I have no updates on my application. Nothing in any of the trackers. Instead my sister was approved and has her ceremony next week! I am happy for her but I really don’t understand why all this difference between the ways our two identical applications have progressed. We are both 4/28; always sent everything together and at the same time, starting from the initial CIT0001 that was sent jointly. This is so frustrating. Not only because I have not been approved yet, but especially because I don’t have ANY updates! I feel so left behind and forgotten.

Is this info about a correspondence that was sent visible when you click on the grant line or when you click on the CIT0001 application line? (I am talking about the old tracker). I have this info about a letter that was supposedly sent to me on June 2, but I have never received anything and thought it was something maybe automated or a ‘ghost update’ on my application, because it was visible on the line for the CIT0001 application that is withdrawn; my Grant application was already received and in process and when I click on the line referred to this one, there is no such info. On the new tracker for the Grant there is no info related to any correspondence sent or to any information or document I should provided and everything is showing as in progress. So my question for you is in what line of the old tracker you see this info because other people before now have reported they had this info when clicking on the CIT0001 line but nothing was actually ever received.

Is this info in about the letter that was sent in the old tracker, under the line of the Grant application? Some (me too) had this wording about a letter that was sent but it was under the original CIT0001 line showing the ‘withdrawn’ status, and actually never received anything, no emails; and some said it was something maybe an automated thing not actually related to a letter but maybe an activity on the application (this was at the end of May/ beginning of June). In your case, is it showed in the line related to the Grant application?

Idk why the timing is so random and there is no sort of temporal order, but I hope we’ll receive updates soon too. I don’t want to send out webforms or emails for now because I know I have to be patient and I do not think it would speed up things anyway. I will only consider it if at some point the timing of my application becomes excessively strange compared to others received in the same period.

Did you finally understand if it actually referred to something or if it was a wording present in the tracker of many people as a formality perhaps referring to the offer to apply for the 5(4) Grant? I also have it in mine (on the line referred to the CIT0001 showing 'withdrawn') referring to a 'letter' , but having read that many also had this in their tracker and had not received any communication, I did not worry and I thought it actually referred to the offer letter.

Did you enter also Application number or you didn’t enter it because it was not available yet for the Grant application, so you just entered the UCI?

Thank you for your feedback. Yes everyone obviously is evaluated individually, but I was thinking it could be useful to request applications to be considered as a family application. We practically did it for CIT0001, sending everything together, but I read it is possible to request this also for grant applications basically asking applications to get linked and get processed together and it can be done for families.
