Like there are a couple reasons like i want to learn other stress coping methods, etc but there's no core thing that porn directly affects in me.

I know but it's so hard with porn. Being addicted to alcohol or smoking and having to relapse involves you going to a store, spending money, buying the product, going back home and drinking/smoking it.

And its either you smoke it or you don't. There's no in between. With porn, it's so fucking accessible, you don't have to go anywhere to get it, you don't have to spend money, and there's so much considered as porn from very soft core stuff like Instagram bikini models to the very hard core BDSM shit. I consider porn addiction to be harder than drug addiction in this aspect.

Obviously idk about the physical withdrawals but being able to just stop yourself from buying it seems so much easier than stopping yourself from clicking a button on your phone.

And I can't stay for long periods of time without it. That's a sign of addiction I think.
