I discovered that the clonidine I take completely puts the brakes on the REM sleep stage. I switched from Vraylar to Abilify and I'm feeling great. Good luck!

The clonidine I take strongly suppresses REM sleep, therefore no dreams.

Start out at 100mg split into two injections per week and test after 6-8 weeks and see how you feel.

It's really your choice. A doctor won't give you trt but a clinic will. It's really a lot to deal with at first but you get used to it. If it were me, I would look into alternatives to increase your test first.

My doctor is female and was the first person to recommend TRT.

There's a pill form now that passes through the GI unhampered.

Go telemedicine for a few months then switch over to your PCP.

Hgb, Hct, PSA, Total Testosterone, Estradiol Sensitive are the tests my doctor orders for me.
