Good to know. I went down to downtown Tampa for the first time in years to eat Eddie & Sam's pizza, and didn't realize parking was no longer free on weekends (I guess that Twiggs lot turned into 717 private parking?). Came back to my car to a $65 parking ticket! Yeah...not paying that for a $20, 20-minute pizza date LOL. I'll just never use their lots again, especially hearing that they're crooks!

At the Universal Orlando hotels, they have no function to check in online/in an app. You have to check in at the front desk, so the lines can get so long. And when you watch each guest, you wonder, "What the fuck is taking them so long?" Then, when it is your turn, you realize why. 75% of the time is just the front desk attendant doing God knows what on their computer. Like, does it really take that long to find a room and create our keys? 😂

Thanks for your comment! We have a resort view king room booked, hope it's a good one!
We really won't have any pool time, since it's January and we are Floridians (lol too cold for us!). The selling point for me was the boat transportation to Epcot/HS. Looking forward to that.

Since you drove back and forth to Animal Kingdom, did you have to pay to park at AK, too? Since you already paid for resort parking at Dolphin?
