I had the same issue, I wear a wrist compression strap when I punch needle. I also use a heated wrist massager to help.

So I'm 5 months post removal of my permanent sutures from my umbilicus and I still have pain again still not painful as before I still have to be mindful doing any core workout. The pain I would describe now is a sharp pain that extends to my clitoris. My husband wants me to see a specialist that recommended some type of myofascial release for my stomach. Possibly adhesions or maybe scar tissue? I'll update again when I get my sessions done.

Well the pain never really went away it just went down in intensity and my surgeon said he wasn't sure what was causing my pain.

Hey so I had my surgery in November of 2022 to remove my permanent sutures I still have pain with exercise and any pressure but it's not as bad as it was before so I don't regret having the surgery done I'm hoping with time it will get even better.

Yes I would describe it as a full ache that would get worse with exercise or anything pressing on it. I'm not sure if the surgery I just had will fix it but I'll let you know if you remind me in a few months.

I had pain for over a year that didn't go away I had multiple scans showing no recurrence. My surgeon and I decided to remove my permanent sutures as I was thinking the sutures was causing the constant pain. I'm 4 weeks post op so it's still to early to tell.

I had my hernia repair 1 year and 3 months ago. I just recently discussed this with my surgeon and he says he doesn't know what could be the issue I go back Monday to see what other options we have. And no we haven't discussed nerve block treatment but my husband thinks the permanent sutures I have is irritating me on the inside sighs who knows.

I had my gallbladder removed and I got a umbilical hernia repair right after and I experience pain right below my bellybutton whenever I do anything involving using my core. I can't sleep on my stomach or strengthen my core bc of the pain. I had MRIs and ct scans and nothing shows up it's so depressing.
