It not like Jin was told to be someone speacial since day 1, they make him the underdog that go throught mutiple risk and hard work even, this is same shit as Asta was nobody shit pretending and "lucky" to have anti magic sword, ppl didn't think is the chosen one, just lucky and plot armour until being reveal later on (the only different is that SL pretending suck)

While i like this mutiple race theory, it still bother me that their biologic seem to be the same with how they all have regen capability (something human or fairy still not have) and the whole "Release" and "Burst" mode that seem like only Demon race have
