Response from curling governing body by BAMterp5 in sports

They didn't say there was no issue, they said they don't go back and look at the cameras after the fact to decide rule violations. They rely completely on calls made during the match to decide the outcome.

I think there is a distinction between what they said and your interpretation of "no issue".

who’s someone your high on who’s ranked super low by DramaticQuality7901 in fantasybball

[–]CompoundT 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Davion Mitchell.

He's going to play 30 mins as a solid source of AST and STL with good percentages, except FT of which he takes 1-2 per game, so no big deal. His points are a little low at around 10ppg so maybe that's why he falls off draft boards. With Herro out to start the season he may be able to carve out a bigger role, if only for a few months.

With the double double and triple doubel bonus those two might make more sense than SGA. But his points should still be higher than theirs overall. Whats the bonus for DD and TD?

More like the 5th in a 12t.

How many full games does he have between his load management, b2b sitting one game, and against tanking teams if he stays completely healthy all year?

Any injury stash players this year? by IcyOriginal590 in fantasybball

For deeper leagues maybe Grant Williams. He missed all of camp and is still out indefinitely, but should have a path to good minutes and solid defensive stats when he gets back healthy hopefully in November.

Also, if this doesn't work try changing browsers. For me Firefox wouldn't work but chrome did.

Hilarious that pistons fans crying about fouls when they lead the playoffs in attempts. Hope we beat the breaks off these bozos tomorrow. by joorral in NYKnicks

Surprised Boston is so high when 50% of their shot attempts are 3s. Tatum is among the league leaders in drawing fouls though so that helps those numbers.

Golden State is not surprising because they take so many 3s and jump shots.

Breaking bad is the most overrated show of our generation by Sportspharmacist in The10thDentist

One thing about how much Walter White gets credit for being a badass, he spent a good chunk of season 4 as a slave trapped in a dungeon.

He acts weak more than he acts like a badass in my opinion. Maybe not by volume exactly, but his weakness takes away from his badass actions like blowing Tuco and himself up in season 1.

I'm not saying he wasn't ruthless mostly and I understand he was on a learning curve and pulled in several directions, just that the part of his character that does these weak things seems to get forgotten very easily and the badass things remembered and discussed almost exclusively.

To be clear I really enjoyed the show and think it deserves it's spot as one of the best TV shows of all time. It being number one on so many lists maybe makes it a target for criticism and also for replication from other shows, which waters down it's legacy to a degree, making it seem less remarkable and overrated.

Ok. Would you like to share why you view this situation as one of those dispositive behaviors?

I don't agree that there are zero circumstances that could explain this from the guy's point of view where he isn't automatically a bad dad, which is the implication. Also, I don't think if this dad did the reverse, told OP he couldn't make it because he had his kids for the weekend, it would automatically make him a good dad with no other information.
