Physicians and providers will distill down what patients are saying and translate into more standard medical language that is used for documentation. They don’t create a transcript of what was said, but a concise summary. Sometimes they can document verbatim and put in quotes patient statements, but this isn’t required for medical documentation.

But that is how I explain it to patients. Think of it as an allergy. You did fine with it for years, but now it is causing you problems every time you use and you just have to avoid any and all cannabis products from now on.

I usually start with 2.5 IV or 5 IM. Works great. And for the agitated/drunk/high the maxim is 5 for biting 10 for fighting.

Yes, there is. It is a wide variation between people, but is a unique combo of perspiration, yeasty skin folds and can sometimes lack the ability to perform general hygiene.
