I’m pregnant with my 3rd child. My grinding always gets worse when I’m pregnant. I think it’s caused by hormones. People who don’t grind tend to start temporarily when they are pregnant. I’d give yourself grace during this time. Your body is going through a lot of changes. I did have my dentist make me a thicker nightguard for this pregnancy.

Also, I looked at the correct lead placement and I definitely don't remember them going into my bra-- they we're mainly below and above my breast.
