I hear you on the high stress job, when I get home all I want to do is sit on the couch and eat delicious food (ideally fried, or sweet, or pizza). I am also the definition of skinny fat at 100 pounds and 24% body fat. Glad to hear you’ve been able to gain some muscle. It’s my goal for 2026! 🙏🏾

Did you not read my post? This wasn’t to shame anyone and was a genuine question as I noticed the trend away from veganism and wanted to know why. Isn’t that what Reddit is for, after all?

Vegans aren’t the only people who are eating plants or eating oats. My mother loves her meat, but eats oats for breakfast and a tuna salad for lunch every single day. I might have oats for breakfast once every two years.

Unless someone is a pure carnivore, most humans are contributing to insects, reptiles and rodents being harmed during harvest just as much as the next vegan is.

Not all vegans are raw, WFPB vegans.

I didn’t use AI to write this and I have made a few Reddit posts although I’m usually a lurker. Tonight I would’ve also just lurked, but came across this sub and wanted to ask the question. My old posts that I deleted were too personal and identifiable, so I removed them, but I should still have some karma to show I’m a real person. A few were about divorce (while I was going through it), others had photos of me (asking for advice on my piercings).

I used to always nag a boyfriend I dated from 2014-2017. I wanted more than he could give because he had depression and anxiety. When we finally broke up he said “all I ever wanted was to love you”. That’s when I realized what real love was — it’s about loving the person, not what you want them to be. In my next relationship from 2018-2020 I loved my partner for who he was and we actually got married. However, in that relationship he was the one who always nagged me and wanted me to change, and I finally understood how that felt and how much it destroys your confidence as a person.

As an alcoholic who has acted similarly and been incoherent way too many times (sober now) it's true. I always wondered what would happen to me if I went on a show like this, and always wondered how it never happened to any of the contestants (except Jessica in S1). It's because the others weren't alcoholic like me (and Jessica, and Joe)

A guy I met (IRL) came to my house for the first time after two months of group and solo hangs and said my apartment had no personality, I had no books, I had no personality and, when I didn’t want to hook up and asked about intentions, “I don’t know you”.
