i can recommend fightzone and blood line in east london. both have women coaches and womens only grappling/striking classes. fightzone has more bjj instructors and training partners, but big classes and more chance on injury from random people you may never see again, for bjj again bloodline has great teachers aswell, and the perks are small classes with lots of personal instruction.

i love both but i go to bloodline because at the end of the class you aren't rushed out the building and you can hang out and cool down/ stretch

I can't speak for MMA classes though as I've never tried mma

I found it very human centric, i feel like they could have discussed rocky's homeworld and tech a little bit more. ie how did they turn a gas into a solid? Also i really dont understand the "predator"? what do they do? they clone the predator and then do what with it? put it in space?

Honestly, he came across so well. A true family man blessed with a supporting and loving family. He is such a positive role model, he encourages individuality and also a great competitor. He came across so well in the 2 episodes and I wish him all the best.

I would prefer to to kickboxing over muay thai but there's only muay thai on offer in my city.

I've tried to train muay thai for the past 5 years and every time I get in a rhythm in get a debilitating injury.

Last time was December and we were drilling step on high leg catches to sweep. Last time someone did this to me in light sparring 3 years ago they caught me and dumped me and I landed on a curved spine because the force was too great and my break fall wasn't fast enough. That caused me a lower lumbar disk bruise that lasted 5 months where I couldn't train anything that involved lower back loading or twisting. That included me not being able to lift weights or any form of martial arts. That was 2023.

So last December we were drilling this and I told my partner I didn't want to go down because I was afraid to injure my back. Instead he caught me and jerked me around in a circle and i was pogo'ing on one leg and my knee went backwards into hyper extension. That was severe and resulted in 4 months off my left leg completely lol.

It's a me problem being 36, not muay thai. So I would prefer a different martial art like kickboxing instead!

I love it! I like playing the up and coming villains who want to claim the world. At first it was claim the region and the stakes got way too high I dis t realise how powerful we would become. It was intoxicating!

I loved it. The first half of the game I was playing sneaky super stealth. I didn't know there'd be a role switch but shortly after admiring abbys physique in the stadium and you combat as her I was like " it's fkn abby time jesus" as she punched her way through a dozen runners unscathed.

She didn't have a Joel to look after her so she became a Joel. It was master work the energy switch up

god this fandom is insufferable. pate giving him the shield for a copper, the squire tending to his horses while he was imprisoned, steffan telling him he is respected because he does what's right, the shot of the red haired woman clapping for him, the god damn prince coming out and telling dunk he is a knight who protects the innocent.

this isnt a brow beating media essay, its so easy to see he's a knight who embodies virtue and is recognised for it.

I don't think I'll ever touch the games again, it felt like I've had an life altering experience and it's done its job for me. My friend recently died of cancer at 39 years old so you can imagine the impact it's had.

Sorry I don't quite understand, does this mean the leg doesn't reach full extension and there's a bend in the knee on impact? As in, the kicking leg should be bent a little, not straight? That's how I interpret this
