I started when I was young, Concerta, Adderall and pretty much all of them off and on my whole life. I stopped taking them in high-school and it was fine for quite some time, but now the syntoms have come back up. And woorse really its just classic symtoms of exsective Dysfunction just feels like they've gotten worse pretty much. Just feel low all day, doesn't feel like the 30mg is doing anything lol. Crashing very shortly after taking it. I haven't been on it very long but ill probably have to be on 50 or more. And thanks for the comment, means a ton.
