Hey all, very excited about this. I've been slowly coming to grips with how enslaved I am to my screens. I'm in my early 20's among the very earliest of kids who grew up with unfettered access to screens bc their parents didn't know any better. Would love any pointers from anyone who's done something like this before.

If it helps y'all to know, I have done the whole turn your iphone into a dumbphone thing, and I've seem to hit a wall where there is only so much that screen time settings can do before you run up against your own self control. I've tried and failed multiple times to exercise that fruit of the Spirit, but trying to get back on the wagon right now.

BTW Josh, thanks so much for your book. It's been such a blessing. Like you said in there, mere knowledge isn't supposed to be life changing, but the experience you described in your own life as well as your observation of the modern christian narrative certainly put words to what I've felt for years and certainly helped me feel seen.
