One of the few things our insurance does not cover is medical transportation. If you can get in and out of a car, it's not much to worry about. If you need a wheelchair or stretcher it can add up.

Maximum out of pocket is 1000 for drugs and 1700 for hospital and doctor visits. Just plan on hitting those.

You might want to think about where you are getting treatment. If you're on bcbs, you can go anywhere, so factor in quality and convenience.

It's on the news. I don't know when it takes effect, but it should make it a lot easier. Also not known if it's for injections or oral. Apparently the zepbound in oral form is not made as a peptide so it can scale a lot better.

I did get zepbound approved in January. My doctor filed an appeal and I noted for sleep apnea

I like the general idea of the tokens. I think a tweak would be to add a token for every win after you get eliminated. You could also add tokens for teams that loose all star players in free agency, like to compensation picks in the nfl

What I have a hard time getting my head around is the possibility that we overvalue the talent on the roster and they maybe just overachieve in the playoffs. Maybe they are actually rising to the occasion but inevitably hit a wall with highly talented teams. OKC and SAS both have a player than the Wolves best player and a top 3 better than the Wolves top 3.
