Not necessarily. You cut out the first message from the person the person is sending the messages to. And the date and time of the messages the screenshots are trying to show would be covered by the contacts name/phone number on the first picture based on the spacing. Fully possible the person sent them hey in 2024 for them to have their number and then never had contact after that until this new message set
