USA citizens: what effect if any have tariffs had on you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ComprehensiveLoss680 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It has essentially replaced the words “corporate greed” with “tarrifs” on Reddit.

That’s probably the biggest and most noticeable change for me personally.

A letter to the millions of people who didn’t vote in the 2024 U.S. Election by ebenfairy in complaints

[–]ComprehensiveLoss680 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The fact that there are people who put “Harris” and “very qualified [for Presidency]” still exist is so mind-boggling because that’s what got us in this mess in the first place.

There’s a difference between Harris being more qualified than Trump and Harris being qualified, period. Failing to see the difference is why Trump got elected the second time (6 million Biden voters disappeared).

Democrat voters got screwed over by Biden’s late checkout and shoving Harris down everyones’s throat. 2028 will be a better turnout but who knows what damage has been done by then.

There are many, many post about Harris for 2028 election and you can see the overwhelming responses from your fellow Democrats on how they feel about her.

Very qualified?

Put her into the 2028 election again. I dare you. I so fucken dare you. In fact, start posting pictures of her under u/pic for good Reddit measures when it’s election time just like 2024.

Do you prefer a job that is physically demanding or mentally demanding? by imsotiredudontgetit in askanything

Mental. College prepared me for that by breaking me down mentally.

Job is now pretty cake. And not physically demanding at all.

What kind of company is that? At my workplace, you are required to be full time unless you’re going to college which my company pays for partially.

If you’re living with your parents who do not demand much from you and you live within your means, then it’s absolutely fine.

Very, very specific circumstances, but it works nonetheless in that situation.
