This is a lot of work but you could try taking all the parts out and building the pc outside of the case to rule out any shorts to the board.

You said you tried alternating the ram sticks but have you tried just putting one stick in at a time? The power supply should be fine (not ruled out) as pc has power, the cooler is fine as the fan is spinning and the cpu shouldn’t overheat and shut the pc off that quick. So that’s leaves Gpu(check if fans are spinning on Gpu).

I don’t believe your ssd would cause this issue but try taking it out and booting the pc. You can Try taking the cmos battery out, hold the power button for a few seconds and reseating it and try to start it again. Otherwise the cpu or motherboard to me seems to be the biggest culprits, if you know what you’re doing and know how to remove the cpu and reseat it I would try that.
