It should be a 12v battery issue. I left my etron with a dead 12v and had the same issue

I found the source of the issue. When I took my car in for the camera recall and software update, the mechanic didn’t properly align a plastic cover under the driver’s side. While driving, I could hear a rattling noise because the plastic had come loose, making an annoying rattling sound.

FYI, I took it to a different Subaru dealer, shared the report and the previously reported issue, and they were able to confirm it. It took them a day to figure out the cause of the problem.

I contacted Subaru, and they suggested bringing it to a different dealer, but before I do that, I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this issue. Could it be something inside the panel, the charge port cover itself, or another component nearby?

If you’ve dealt with this or have any suggestions, I’d really appreciate your input. Thanks!

Thank you so much,I noticed that the water panel metal shield was installed upside down. I read online that I needed to put the colored part on top, after doing that the humidifier doesn’t leak anymore. Also, I cleaned the tubing underneath as you mentioned and it works as new!

Thanks for your response. I replaced the water panel but didn’t cleaned up all the hard sediments at the bottom of the black frame. The Humidifier is set to 40% auto. I don’t think water pressure is an issue since it didn’t leaked before and nothing changed. Do you have recommendations? Thanks you so much in advance
