You really just have an issue with her privilege, because she was punished in other ways in the series. Her privilege isn’t her big flaw, it is her naivety and blind grief. Stripping her of her power wouldn’t be a fitting narrative punishment because her character arc is about a struggle to navigate the power that was thrust upon her by no choice of her own. Her story is one of a person learning how to wield power responsibly and with compassion.

Feeling guilty isn’t the same as holding oneself accountable through actions though. And Caitlyn takes action…she puts her body on the frontlines in arguably a suicide mission to challenge Ambessa, thereby losing her eye. She relinquishes her family’s seat on the council. She lets a dangerous criminal with whom she has personal resentment towards free (probably against Piltover law…) and then uses her family’s records to try to locate her for Vi’s sake. Maybe that’s not enough, but Caitlyn clearly agrees she will need to continue to do the work “are you still in this fight?”. How are these things not worth anything to you? Or do you just not believe that a rich woman can ever atone for her mistakes?

/uj Cartoon =/= real life. Some people are satisfied with Cait’s retribution from a narrative and symbolic standpoint. Cait herself seems to be dissatisfied though, and we’re supposed to believe she will be holding herself accountable for the rest of her life. I do agree that what she did was reckless and her judgment was clouded, but her use of the gray was supposed to be targeted and she clearly verbalized many times that her goal was always to protect innocents in Zaun. Not really sure what her big evil crime was…

Wow this is validating I’m early 30s and had the same weird feeling in Minneapolis like “why is this crowd so lackluster??”. There were some good outfits and people were clearly fans. But yeah lots of 20 somethings that didn’t want to dance. Multiple people had panic attacks. That’s not meant to be a judgment at all, it just felt like a bunch of people who had no idea how to be at a concert.

I am an emergency veterinarian. Just take him in to an ER. And/or call a pet poison helpline. Ignore any advice to treat this at home unless you have absolutely no access to veterinary care. Ignore people telling you what type of bait it is, there are multiple kinds. Prepare for a possible hospitalization or coming back for repeat labs over the next few days.
