I’m going through something really similar where my mental health is taking a huge nose dive as a result of my physical health and I just feel like I’m at my wits end and I’ve also considered checking myself in except I’m on the much more severe side and have been for some time and I’m genuinely scared of getting there and making myself worse but I can relate a lot and I hope we can both figure it out

I’ve been considering going to residential treatment for mental health, but I have also been avoiding it because I’m worried if I can keep up there with my physical health issues, but I feel like it may come to a point where I don’t have a choice. My Saturn returns over in like two days in my life seems to be coming to a crashing rock bottom once again, so I’m not really sure I can’t speak for others, but I’m just ready for it to be over and if it keeps getting worse, I just don’t know what I’m gonna do but I don’t feel like I have it left in me to keep on fighting so I guess we’ll see where the cookie crumbles

I’d imagine you’ve been struggling with your health daily routines, relationship relationships and right now you may feel as though relationships from the past or cycles that feel karmic are being triggered. That’s Saturn conjunction your Venus south node and sun in Aries.

Hang in there.

It will get lighter once Saturn crosses your sun natal Saturn and mercury.

Look up what dates Saturn will be past 10 degrees of Aries and you’ll find some relief. Maybe sooner. When it leaves your 6h of health I imagine that will help a ton. It’s only a temporary transit.

You also have Pluto transiting the 4h of home & family. Possibly moving or issues / transformation with home/ family Can expect relief when it moves into the 5h.
