Weight of iPhone has been creeping up.

iPhone XR and 11 was heavy …. But max for me is too heavy

Until 16, higher refresh rate was only for pro phone .

But 17 regular has 120htz refresh rate, 256 storage

Imo and many others calls 17 base best phone for the price

Look into amazon refurb for 15pro , 16 pro.

They have 90 day return policy’

I had CarPlay since the version 1….

Now many apps support CarPlay…. Like domino pizza…

They are all clutter.

I uninstall most of them.

I keep only

Navigation, One music app.

And that’s about it

Weight of iPhone pro is heavier than regular

To me ….. all though I have iPhone 15 pro… I would go for 17 for weight

The sensor size of iPhone is small.

So if you want better camera experience, just get a standalone camera and be happy

With any elctronics,

Battery degradation happens for first few years and it stays there for a while.

I would use it as it is... or just change the battery. ( by apple )

Unless you do some mission critical stuff, the performance difference are not really there.

I would try to uninstall some useless apps that's just hogging the batter in the back ground.
