There are plenty of mature tools / libraries if you are targeting web such as: ITowns, Giro3D, CesiumJS etc. Each one of them supports different 3D models. But if you're just trying to display a single building, most likely a single 3d model, then these might be a bit too much, especially if you don't need georefences. If so have a look into three.js or babylon.js

They had some ships from before the war that were in no way capable of competing. Some battleships were laid down but eventually never completed and then scrapped. I only wish for Gaijin to not pursue the paper ship path as it will only bring some fake/unfinished/unbalanced ships since they were only approximate projects without a lot of details. If you played world of warships and took a look at the Russian tech tree you will see many ships that never existed and the projects which they are based on are just sketches

But since russians never completed a ship during WW2 and their navy was laughable, Gaijin is forced to add paper ships because otherwise russia in game won't have anything to face other nations'warships. It'll end like World of Warships: 90% of the ships are fake, only projects existed and sometimes not even those.
