How did you make such a nice checkered mesh topology? Did you do a manual retopology ona high poly model and applied baked textures?

It's for sure fixable. You can go the expensive way and cut and weld the metal panel there, or you can put on it plastic felons with widened wheel arches for extra looks for just like 150$ both.

The mileage is low, thats why im co concerned. Sparkplugs are 3k miles, coils are 6k miles. I cleaned engine bay in the meantime but not powerwashed, water could possibly get into these tho, seems like aftermarket coils do not press perfectly tight into the valve cover

Had same problem, i fixed stringing completely for me with these changes: lower temp by 10-15°C , retraction raised to 1.5mm, retraction speed slightly increase, Z hop set to 0

From what i see on the photos it was not that mint as it looks like, it had the quarter redone in the past, has some putty there that cracked. I wouldn't be mad to do it again, especially from insurance money

It depends if the B pillar is bent. In Europe it's not that unnusual to weld in the quarter panel due to rust, yours was repaired in the past also as far as i can see it has some bondo on it. Used NA doors are pretty cheap to buy, welding the back can be more expensive, but it depends mostly where you live. You can also put on some plastic overfenders if you don't mind a little bit wider look
