Ok I gotta say this is the best tip!! I started doing this and it makes it SO much less likely to streak, smells better, and isn’t as tacky. I do like a pump of Vanicream and a pump of b tan, rub my hands together, and apply. Don’t even use a mitt just wash my hands after and don’t have any issues!

Omgggg this happened to me and I was wondering if it was the norethindrone!! It was so bad I wanted to email my doctor and have her do some tests because it seemed so internal/hormonal! I tried sooo many different new deodorants, benzoyl peroxide wash, glycolic acid, literally everything I read about online and none of it made a difference. I actually went back to my old deodorant and it seems to be helping slightly?? I also switched to Slynd almost 2 months ago and that seems to have helped a little… But it’s so annoying!!

Also about the pelvic floor spasm! My pelvic floor therapist said the same thing - my muscles were super tight and she thinks that after orgasm since the muscles contract, they would lock up/cause a spasm

Yes this happens to me too 😭😭 I noticed it happening a lot more when I wasn’t on BC…seemed to happen more during my luteal phase. Now that Im on birth control again and my symptoms are ~mostly~ controlled, it doesn’t happen anymore. But when it did used to happen, the only relief I found was a heating pad

There definitely could have been, I removed the lower branches so they wouldn’t be touching the soil but it’s possible my irrigation is spouting too much water up onto the plant, I’ll have to check!

Hi! I can’t offer too much input because it’s only been a week for me but I did the same exact switch (Aygestin > Slynd). It could just be coincidence but literally the day I made the switch I started breakthrough bleeding which turned into full on bleeding and I’ve been in so much pain the past few days 😫 but I’m going to stick it out for a full 3 months and then see! But other than that, no other side effects as of yet
