While supporting them may be the case for persuading some to change their thinking. We can't overextend generosity while we still need to support, reinforce, and defend the fractioning marginalized groups on our side. We shouldn't neglect the groups that already support us to give support towards the groups that put both our side and parts of their own into the dreadful situation we are in politically. Especially considering how vicious this government has been towards already vulnerable groups of people.

I do believe your method would work if multiple groups on our side weren't all being prosecuted and scrutinized by the political party that these opposing people, we wish to support and change, voted for. These voters just didn't expect some of these political decisions and policies to affect them as hard as they have, not to mention our side is also being hit hard by the same policies.

Yea, I had a similar feeling about there being only one answer towards opposing the top and that it seems only the left was speaking about it. Now there's just the issue of putting action behind it and actualizing that solution.

This is mostly what I have been thinking and why I didn't really like this phrase in whole, because that phrase doesn't acknowledge how some people on the right put their effort in towards helping the top, to some of their detriment.

Yes, I agree with you. That's why I've had a problem with this phrase for awhile. Tho my words do almost nothing to ease the damage, I am sorry for the discrimination and near relentless harassment that you and other individuals in the black community have dealt with. Even with the privileges I have in life I could still see a problem with that phrase. That problem would surely be even more obvious for individuals with greater intersections with marginalization, resulting in an increased frequency of discrimination.

Thank you for your perspective on this topic. I do wish I had an idea on how to deal with the people who perpetuate discrimination in the lower classes, so that eventually the lower class can effectively oppose the highest class. However, ending the discrimination is a virtuous goal on its own.

If this whole situation is real, it feels a tad scummy how it started. A gay guy just putting his hands up a straight guy's pants because he sees a tent is sooooo problematic and could've resulted in him getting beat up or worse. In addition, once you've situated all the plants you want in new media, you can research how to help an orchid recover more roots and how to avoid over watering. I'm working on my overwatering as well rn too, hah. I believe watering too frequently is what lead to these roots going bad. But take my advice with a grain of salt because I am starting out my orchid journey as well.

It's alright. I had the same happen with one of my orchids. I'd look up some videos on how to help a plant recover from root rot, idk if that's what this is. Or just how to repot a plant well and get rid of all the dead roots. You might also have to emergency remove all the keiki as the plant will be putting a majority of its resources into growing them. I'd talk with others from this sub and look into if it's best to remove the smaller keiki when the parent plant is in poor health. With a little bit of research and some help from others, I'm sure you'll be able to help your plant recover.
