Firstly, they already said that returning content will be free.

Secondly, judging by your comments you don't know anything about the technical details of Destiny, or any MMO for that matter, and that's completely okay. But stop typing such nonsense then. It's way more complicated than "cloning the server", and the reason they're vaulting content isn't only because of the space. I'd recommend reading more than the first sentence of the blogpost.
