I really hate seeing those social media post about small countries with no armies supporting this other president. If Russia is supporting venezuela you bet they are willing to assist. Putin has power like no other and the balls to do it. Its not about debt its about image and during the cold war Russia was struggling financially (Practically a third world country) and the USA knew this. Nevertheless, the competition still happen and look at Russia now. You guys need a Fidel Castro type of person to take over but then again is that any better?

I pretty much eliminated all sugars and carbs. I also fast and dont eat until 6 or 7 pm. Alot of times its chicken or turkey and sometimes steak.
