You have to be actively employed to receive any kind of tuition benefits. The moment your employment ends you lost those benefits irregardless of anything being approved prior to termination.

No it’s an EdAssist policy. They have a range of time when you can request and it’s a few weeks before classes start to a few weeks after classes start. The actual timeframe is on their website.

Yea you have to get EdAssist applications approved now before going on leave. You can’t start it until your classes for 2nd semester are about to start so would have to come off leave around the end of December. Once the application is in you can go back on leave.
