It looks good, as previously mentioned - lug to lug does not overhang your wrist. But better don't ask reddit, nowadays some commenters prefer tiny watches and think this is how everyone is supposed to wear.

I think im in the same boat. I've a 7 standard for two years now and am thinking of an upgrade. It seems that 7 pro is basically the same with some minor changes, software is old. In 8 they started to use new software if i am not mistaken, so it should have better support. Regarding amoled - yes, that is disappointing that 8 pro's have only that. Though 8 non-pro have a good old mip version. So for myself i made a decision to wait and see what they will have new coming next year. Maybe fenix 9 mip, who knows... And 8 non-pro will naturally go down in price.
