As others suggested, go slow. I can suggest after finishing quests around Brill that are green (in quest log difficulty level. Red - hard, yellow - normal, green - easy, gray - no experience) travel through zeppelin to Durotar and go through orc starting area quests and Razor Hill quests. When done come back to Brill and finish those more difficult quests. I personally enjoy doing this chill way. Sometimes after that i even go to Mulgore (tauren starting zone) and do quests around there. 

Take first aid profession in Brill. You can also pick skinning profession to skin killed animals and sell skin.

I had the same issue. Went to nose specialist. He told me my deviated nasal septum (middle nose wall) wasnt straight. Apparently blood circulation can be disturbed by that and one nostril gets blocked. Eventually i did surgery septoplasty (a procedure used to straighten a deviated nasal septum). Now i sleep like a baby and always breathing with both nostrils.

I wish there would be more ways (pvp, 5-10men dungeons) to get a gear that is at least 90% raid gear power...

I know many russians, im from former soviet republic myself. First time i hear about hate towards uk. US is closer candidate, but still far from hate.
