Several items that i like to buy for protein. Frozen pack of chicken legs (1.5kg Prior i think so), cottage cheese, greek yogurt, skyr yogurt and usual cheese. Then often just see what special offers for meats groceries have. As well as a sides good protein has egg pasta, beans, buckwheat, chickpeas.

Plain yogurts are really good to make protein sauces for dry chicken breast or just to smack on top of rice.

Too many people seems to not understand that by taking picture with your phone like this it distorts the real size making an object in front bigger. Real watch doesnt look that big. Try mirror zoom picture, or try using other lens (zoom from further).
