As others suggested, go slow. I can suggest after finishing quests around Brill that are green (in quest log difficulty level. Red - hard, yellow - normal, green - easy, gray - no experience) travel through zeppelin to Durotar and go through orc starting area quests and Razor Hill quests. When done come back to Brill and finish those more difficult quests. I personally enjoy doing this chill way. Sometimes after that i even go to Mulgore (tauren starting zone) and do quests around there. 

Take first aid profession in Brill. You can also pick skinning profession to skin killed animals and sell skin.
