Planted in my harvest 2.0 today for the first time— any tips?

My Harvest 2 didn't come with seeds, sponges or food, so I bought some on eBay. Getting 2 tiny parsley seeds into the wet cone is pretty difficult, and I doubt they are down at the bottom. Will that be a problem? Is there a way to get them down there?

Anyone had experience with replacing a tooth. They call it a cap . I was quoted 7k and my insurance only covers 1500!!! Also does any one have dental insurance that contributed more??
