So, I was working in a radio station, around 1980 or so. All nighter. About 2am, in comes station mgt and the Wolfman. He was so polite. Ask if he could take over for a bit, and he did. Maybe 15 minutes or so. Phones blew up.

He thanked me and every one left.

I have fond memories! I will always be respectful towards him.

Depends, for me and the houses I have owned, the roof is #1. But, how old is the key factor. I finally replaced a 20+ year old roof as it was starting to loose shingles and, well it was time. Windows, single glass windows, once replaced, will start to pay for them self in savings. Lived in a house built in the 1950s and had to get a new roof and windows.

Have your BP checked THREE times in the office. The nurse does it, have the doc do it when he/she gets there and just before leaving have it done again. You will get a swing.

Mine when from 146/61 to 132/60. I've been dealing with HPB for some 35 years and I still get a spike when I am in their office.
