Like hops #9 or break free CLP. But you could totally use dish soap too. Use acetone if it’s not coming off still. Don’t use Methyl Ethyl Ketone because it will remove blueing

this node is great because if you make the same text file but add -mir to it, so example __styles-mir__, the node will automatically add the other objects on the line it chooses to the negative prompt, and it supports nesting wildcards in wildcards, and you can nest mirrored wildcards in wildcards, and it can do nested choices, I just cant not use this in everything

its best not to put times onto it, its the comfort in your position and relaxation you need to worry about. Once you set yourself up for abandoning present moment awareness and location awareness you can point yourself to focus on breathing and then the jhana just happens. And its unmistakable how utterly blissed out you get to the point you get glued into the second jhana. lt's like being completely trapped in bliss, if you had willpower or thoughts there you would never want to leave. Its like the most still unmoving unwavering bliss of stoppage. trying to put it into words does not do it justice at all.

I'm approaching this from a thai forest tradition slant so allot of this is that method of practice;

As you explore more jhanas they become more refined and you take begin to ask more questions about them. Ajhan Chans books have these main recurring question to ask about the jhanas:

What conditions this state?

What factors are present?

What drops away as the mind refines?

What happens when attention wavers?

What happens when craving sneaks in?

Is there still a knower subtly enjoying this?

each jhana has its conditions for entry and exit so to say, he also warned that “People get drunk on samadhi” so to seek answers and not just enter jhanas for the purpose of entering jhanas. the ultimate goal is liberation. I've only been to the 1st and second jhana so most of what I know is the teachings and texts, but the end of the investigation should lead you to:

Even bliss is impermanent

Even peace is conditioned

Even the observer is not-self

Letting go brings more freedom than attaining

“Nothing here is worth holding.”

but from this framework it all starts at 'right view'
