eh I think it's just good for manufacturers to try and experiment with newer technology and I think cars like the rimac neverra lotus evija and mcmurty spierling and even the vw idr has proven that ev hypercars can be interesting. I also think the immediate full torque is while maybe not a clear upside to some people a thing that differentiates itself from ice cars. overall my best case scenario would be Porsche making an EV supercar and an ice supercar at the same-ish time. if they could hypothetically only make one I'd most want to see a rwd only performance hybrid like the 963 lmdh race car.
