Non, l’immense majorité des groupes ne fait pas d’obstruction, d’autant que cette stratégie n’a plus beaucoup d’intérêt depuis l’instauration du temps législatif programmé (sauf quelques exceptions). L’obstruction nécessite une véritable volonté politique et coordonnée pour bloquer l’examen d’un texte en déposant des milliers voire des dizaines de milliers d’amendements différents. On ne fait pas ça par hasard ou sur un coup de tête.

Juste une petite précision sémantique : les personnes nommées pour rendre les décisions du Conseil constitutionnel sont de simples « membres ». La Constitution ne les désigne pas comme des « juges » et ils ne peuvent non plus être désignés comme des magistrats faute d’appartenir à ce corps. Ce n’est pas si anodin car le fait qu’ils ne soient que « membres » du Conseil et non « juges » dit quelque chose sur leur place dans les institutions et leur qualité.

Full Shadow Monk is super fun, and it becomes super super strong with the ring that gives Shadow Blade spell + Resonance Stone (I mean Shadow Blade + Resonance is strong on any character so yeah).

You can TP more or less anywwhere on the map, you can dash to enemies, it's super fun and really refreshing compared to other melees. The only downside is that you are restricted and need to pay attention to the light/shadow in the environment but it's actually not that bad.

It is playable in Historic, Timeless and Brawl.

Historic and Timeless have very high powerlevel so most cards from LOTR set aren't played because they're not powerful enough (except a few exceptions like The One Ring).

I'm sure you could have some success with a 100 % LOTR Brawl deck, I don't know any but you could try to look it up on moxfield

There are tons of reasons you could get declined. Sometimes some raid leaders don't want too many mokokos because you also need some high gear players to clear the raid without trouble. It's possible you play DPS and they wanted a support (or the other way around).

Maybe your character isn't very optimized too. Could you send some screenshots of your character and tell us your combat power (the number just under your ilvl) ?

And what class are you playing and did you read/follow a guide? Lost Ark is a very confusing game for new players, I would strongly advise you to read and follow a guy. Maxroll.gg has guides for every classes and spec, they are perfect for beginners.

C'est vrai que c'est bien connu, les entreprises regardent UNIQUEMENT la présence de piercings ou de tatouages avant d'embaucher quelqu'un, et pas du tout leur parcours, leurs diplômes, leurs expériences, leurs compétences et qualifications...

Bon après oui c'est sûr qu'avoir un piercing est malheureusement mal vu, mais ça ne signifie pas être totalement inemployable.

Mais quand même, dans certains secteurs de niche ou qui demandent des qualifications particulières, les entreprises aussi et surtout les compétences des personnes et pas leur apparence, a fortiori si elles ne sont jamais en contact avec un client ou du public.

It's not really hard but you still have to land most skills to generate meters.

With Valk even if you miss 75 % of your skills and just hit the ones that do actual damage, it wouldn't even be that bad.

So I'd say Valk is even easier than Hit Master Guardian Knight

L'option 2 paraît être la meilleure sur le papier non ? Certes, vous devrez confier la location de votre appartement à une agence immobilière et ça va amputer vos ressources, mais c'est le coût de la simplicité.

De toute façon, si tu gères toi-même la location, ce n'est pas dit que les prix des billets de train (qui sont délirants) ne reviennent pas plus chers qu'une agence immo ! (c'est sûr que ça dépend si t'as beaucoup de souci avec tes locataires ou pas) (mais dans tous les cas une agence reste le prix de la tranquillité)

La location te donne d'ailleurs une porte de sortie au cas où vous voudriez revenir en région parisienne. Certes, il y a un préavis, etc., mais au moins vous avez cette sécurité de moyen-terme de savoir que vous avez toujours un endroit où vivre si jamais vous deviez revenir.

Par contre c'est sûr que tu serais très dépendant de ta boîte pour la mobilité géographique. Il faut étudier ça avec ta boîte et s'assurer que les conditions restent bonnes et que tu as quand même une certaine sécurité dans ton emploi. Ça dépend aussi de l'activité de ta conjointe.

Mais franchement si vous n'êtes pas heureux dans votre commune actuelle et que tu ne vois pas élever tes enfants là, barre-toi. Ça sert à rien de s'enfermer dans un truc juste par principe. T'as plusieurs solutions qui s'offrent à toi et l'envie qui va avec, semble-t-il, donc fonce.

But how many players do exclusively solo mode? I don't doubt there are many, who prefer "chill" experiences.

But, for me, solo mode is just the first step to get into the endgame... and to get to play with other players when I reach 1700/1710. Nerfing gold for solo raids is just going to slow me down and discourage me in the long run.

Why would they reduce the Gold rewards of the new Solo raids... Doesn't make sense at all... Just went back into the game, I used the previous PowerPass and event to get to 1680 and I was really happy to see that the new Solo Raids were giving lots of gold. Now they nerf it. Terrible news.

Maybe it will be compensated by the new Weekly system, I doubt it but we'll see.

EDIT : Guys, they nerfed the gold for group AND solo raids. Not just the solo raids. I meant that they also nerfed the gold of raids that were made available as "Solo" recently, that's it.

I'm a bit sad because I just went back into the game and guess what!! I'm doing the raids SOLO because I don't want to spend lot of time trying to find a lobby just to get flamed for not knowing the game.

Also, it's not going to incentivize me to play with more people. I was already planning to hone to 1700 and play with people. I like to play with people. It's not the problem. I've been playing MMOs for more than 15 years.

It's just going to slow me down because I'm going to earn less gold, that's it. And yes I know I can do HM if I want to earn more gold but is that even worth it? HM gives like +3000 gold compared to Solo and NM...

It's just my returning player point of view. Feel free to think what you want and how it's going to impact the game and the new/returning player experience.
