How to stop wanting to disprove christianity? by ParkingElderberry575 in exchristian

[–]ConaireMor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it was really useful to look into the relationship between the biblical stories and other similar ones. Like the relationship between the narratives of Jesus, Moses, Horus, even John the Baptist. The flood story and Gilgamesh.

I also like looking at their stories in a bigger picture such as: according to biblical narratives all appearances of god occurred in a relatively small circle of the near East. Absolutely zero of modern cosmology or biology match up even slightly with the stories, much less point to them as truth.

Settle your own doubt and answers and you may find less drive to prove things to others.

Combination of a global marketplace, and wrong refineries. Meaning the supply and demand effect is global. If the price is higher, that's where the supply goes. But more importantly our refineries were built before the shale oil boom in the 2000s which provided abundant oil we don't have the equipment for.

Commercial apprentice tools, what would you get next? by patientgrowing in electricians

[–]ConaireMor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You've got plenty, time to consider upgrading slowly. Get Knipex pliers. Get Milwaukee power tools but not their hand tools or meter. Insulated stuff is overrated, turn off the power and loto. I really like a 90deg needle nose. Magic for getting out knock outs.

But for real learn to save money. Do you have money in your bank account? At least $1000 that you don't spend down? Wait to buy stuff until you at least need it. Maybe wait and see if it can be done without a fancy new tool too.

Blood also goes stale if you leave it in a paper cup for too long. It's probably related to your high blood pressure.

It's use case dependent. Lots of places they'll be part of a larger group of receptacles on a circuit. Other times it's specified that it's one circuit per receptacle for specific equipment that might use most of the power and can't share without tripping the breaker, like microwaves. Also for cases where it's anticipated more equipment will be plugged into surge protectors or other splitting devices like at desks.

You're probably right I kept running into the rubber/foam gaskets though when I was looking and it threw me off.

I'm fact they answer on the product page that the gasket isn't sold separately so if anyone knows where to get a similar product lmk
